Legato Health Technologies is all set to recruit 3,000 employees for the Gurgaon facility in the next six months. The Gurgaon facility is going to be the latest one of the company after those of Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
Economic Times, in its report, mentioned that through the recent hiring process the company is on the lookout for data science experts, artificial intelligence engineers and software developers. The company is on a hiring spree in India and has already hired more than 12,000 employees for the company over the last one-and-a-half year.
According to the report, citing the rising demand for healthcare services due to the pandemic, the company aims at increasing the number of hires to meet the growing customer needs. Commenting on the move, Mosur Saisekar Legato’s India Head said, “Need for niche technological skills has peaked across healthcare sectors amid recovery from Covid-19 disruptions … India is a talent powerhouse for these skill sets.”
